Our Practice

Mindfulness Beach is an open, beach-based sangha in the spirit of Thich Nhat Hanh. We encourage self-learning, gentle community presence, and mindful breathing with the ocean.

You're welcome to read his books, attend online retreats, or practice with other sanghas. When you feel called to offer your energy to the community, we invite you to meditate here.

Our long-term vision is a community of over 500 people gathered in silence and peace on the sand.
